Bowler’s Brewery
At Bowler’s Brewery, based in The Deepings near Peterborough, our aim is to produce premium quality bottle and keg conditioned beers, inspired by traditional British ales and US craft beers. Predominantly vegan friendly, we use local suppliers, but more than anything we like to produce beer that just tastes great!
Our distinctive, tasty craft ales are now available for you to purchase online. Offering gift sets, mechandise and mixed bottle sets, these all make ideal gifts for celebrating special occasions such as birthdays, Christmas and New Year and also just because it’s the weekend and you can.
About Us
Established in 2019, Bowler’s Brewery is based in Deeping Gate on the Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire border just North of Peterborough. We pride ourselves in producing high quality hand crafted ales ranging from the traditional to the radical and innovative. Everything is done at the brewery from sourcing the best ingredients, right through to packaging the beer in cask or bottles; which we also label in house. This gives us complete control over the entire process. This process control has seen us receive multiple awards for both our cask and bottled beers.
We are small, but perfectly formed, with a brewery capacity of 3 x 500L fermentation tanks.

Incorporating Hopshackle Ales
In 2023 we acquired the brand and recipes for Hopshackle Ales. Hopshackle’s multi-award winning real ales were produced from its brewery in Market Deeping. Upon his retirement, the previous owner wanted a ‘safe pair of hands’ to entrust the ales that had he had developed over the previous 17 years, and we are delighted to continue the Hopshackle legacy.
We sell to clients in both Wholesale (E.g. pubs, festivals etc…) and Retail (E.g. garden centres, bottle shops etc…), and you can also buy the ales and associated merchandise at our online shop
